A little intro to myself

I moved to North Carolina from Colorado with my boyfriend and dog - we added two kittens and its already a full house. Its my first time living so far from my family and friends but its a great new adventure and is testing my adult skill level for sure.

As it so happens, I am yet another crazy wedding pinterest-er who is not married OR engaged... (women are crazy...yes I know) but HEY it will happen and I'll be SO prepared. I have always had a thing for wedding fashion and trends. I started writing blogs for event planning companies in college ( I say that like I've been out of college for 5 years -  no, it was like, 5 months ago.) This is my opportunity to have my own voice and opinions on things that I blog about and I couldn't be more eager to get started! So here we go!

Here's to the beginning of something good... hopefully

Good lord - let me just tell you about how excited I was to start writing a blog... After 4 months without a computer, I finally got one (thanks Mom & Dad). I brought up the blogging website, took an hour to decide what to call it, spent another hour trying to figure out a logo, then messed around with font sizes for another hour and BAM. I still don't have it right but... I'll get there one day. Don't judge.

ANYWAY... so what will I blog about? Well just about anything I want right? I guess I'll let you request things... if that will spice things up a bit. I've written blogs for a few companies and got inspired to write my own stuff. I like being able to get my personality out there without having to be TOO professional about it. I'm gonna give you my opinion on all things wedding related and perhaps some other random things that I want to discuss. 

Sit back, try to stay relaxed as we go on this journey that could perhaps go up in flames... who knows, I'll try it out... and enjoy whatever it is I post on here from time to time. Cool? COOL.
